Munich, 19 July 2016 – Nemetschek SE (ISIN DE 0006452907) has been awarded the prize “BAYERNS BEST 50” [Bavaria’s Best 50] by the Bavarian State Ministry for Economic Affairs and Media, Energy and Technology. Bavaria’s Minister for Economic Affairs Ilse Aigner personally presented the winners with their awards in the Emperor’s Room of the Munich “Residenz” on the evening of July 18, 2016, and expressed her recognition of the companies’ commitment and innovative strength. The award was accepted by Patrik Heider, Spokesman of the Board of the Nemetschek Group.
The Bavaria’s Best 50 prize distinguishes Bavaria’s 50 most flourishing mid-sized companies that are able to boast above-average growth in revenue and numbers of employees over the past five years. The Nemetschek Group has been able to raise its revenue by about 15% on average and its staff size has grown by some 10% in the last five years. Economic stability and future viability were additional selection criteria. The award-winners were determined by auditing and consulting company Baker Tilly Roelfs, which served as an independent juror.
“We are very happy about this award,” says Patrik Heider. “The prize is a distinction and an incentive for us to continue on our course of healthy and sustainable growth, for the good of the company, the staff and the region.”
